Innography has seen consistent annual revenue growth of 37% over a 3-year period that has culminated in a highly successful exit event at the end of 2015. A key component of that growth involved structuring a scalable program for customer success. Through several successes and challenges, Innography was able to find three primary focus areas to ensure scalability.
